Note: Due to British Customs restrictions we cannot ship gun magazines, replica hand grenades, inert bullets, de-activated guns or replica guns outside of the UK. We can only send them to a U.K. address (excluding the Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands which we cannot ship to because of flight restrictions).

Orders received by 2pm during weekdays will usually be despatched the same day and orders received after this will usually be despatched the following working day.

Orders going to UK addresses will be sent using either Royal Mail’s Standard CRL48 Service which is 2-3 days.

Next-Day service will be sent using Parcelforce Express 24, this is a tracked and signed service so please ensure someone is present. 

In usual circumstances, delivery will be made to UK addresses within 1 to 5 working days of the despatch date. For orders bound for Europe and other countries, please allow a minimum of 3 to 10 working days for delivery to be made.

You can cancel goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
