DELIVERY INFORMATION
All services are dispatched Monday to Friday only and are usually shipped within 24hrs and posted by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, please note that these may be signed for services so please ensure someone is present. All services are on a Next Working Day service and do not deliver at the weekend, please refer to the delivery estimate at checkout.
If for any reason your item is unavailable we will contact you within 24hrs to advise. Postage costs depend on the weight and the final cost will be shown at checkout. Prices vary for NI, Isle of Wight / Man / Scilly and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following day. Please note we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on any order. If an order is delayed due to weather conditions postage is non-refundable due to nature. Please make sure that you select the correct shipping zone at the checkout or additional postage may be required.
If an item is unable to be delivered and is not collected from the depot (Parcelforce or Royal Mail) within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged postage rates again to resend the item/s to you. Deliveries are only classified as lost after a period of 14 days after posting.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive any incorrect items or are short of any items/parts please notify us immediately, and within a maximum of 2 days after the day upon which the goods were delivered, by sending an email to sales@armynavystores.co.uk. The email must contain the order number and the fact that you wish to return an item because it has been delivered incorrectly. We will then further the issue and deal with it as necessary. We will require the incorrect items to be sent back, once returned we will refund the cost of the return delivery (maximum £4.95).
